Mov-NC Part Program Translation	Mov-NC is a stand-alone windows based product for translating RS-274 G&M code part programs from an old control to a new CNC format. See our Mov-NC web page for more info.
Parametric Audio Conversational Programming	Sometimes G&M programming is too cumbersome. "Tool Room" type machine tools never do the same job twice. Custom applications like specialty grinders can be very difficult to program. They are often run by an operator without the help of an outside part programmer or CAD/CAM system. Our Parametric Audio Conversational Programming system can provide a customized user interface for any application or function. The operator picks a cycle, and then fills in the blanks. All along the way, the machine gives verbal instructions out loud. With a minimum of training and no knowledge of part programming, the operator can be cutting parts in no time! 	SonicEvents allows the PLC to play windows .wav files. The machine 'talks' to the operator to give instruction, announce errors "Lube Level Low", or notify when cycles are complete "End Of Cycle", etc. See our SonicEvents web page for more info.
EmailEvents Internet Announcement	Like SonicEvents (above) the machine control can email text messages based on any machining events. It uses a common SMTP controller over the web. The email address (or multiple addresses) are user configurable. Call us at 248-435-2200 for more details.
	PalletQ lets you assign part programs with pallets so they can all work in coordination with each other, do automatic pallet changes, and maximize cutting time, even when you walk away from the machine. See our PalletQ web page for more info.
Broken Tool Detection	When the system is activated, the operator has to monitor the first part and set the control's "learned load profile". Then, during subsequent runs of the part program, if a certain tool goes beyond an acceptable window, the control goes into feedhold and notifies the operator. Hardware Components
1A-HHT Hand-held Terminal & Teach Pendant for Serial RS232 or USB port	The 1A-HHT is a remote control hand-held terminal. For about the same cost as a common MPG (manual pulse generator), our 1A-HHT includes axis position display, two manual jog modes, and 19 other machine control features. Serial communication simplifies the wiring, and together with our cable kit option, reduces the number of external connections required, down to just 4 wires. Except for one edit to the 'men' file, the 1A-HHT can be used as a plug-n-play device that requires no Isagraf edits to run. ^{note 1} The 1A-HHT can be used with customized VB programs (not included) as a teach pendant for more complex applications. 1A-OCOS Open Controller Operator Stations	A complete operator station enclosure with touch screen, keyboard, and pushbuttons, all pre-built and ready to plug in. Several mounting kits are available, including adapter plates sized to fit into Fanuc 18 or Siemens 840 hole dimensions for ease of OEM use. The basic model (shown in diagram) is our favorite, but there are many options available: Industrial hardened keyboard, various pointing devices, SonicEventstm audio speakers, CAT5 signal multiplexer, and optional pushbuttons. 1A-HCC Hardware Converter Cables	Since OpenCNC is a software based control, you can mix and match hardware - changing from one vendor to another when a part goes bad or is not available. With certain combinations, this may have previously required some re-wiring. However, our hardware converter cables allow use of different types of vendor components with out ever touching the electrical panel wiring. Simply go from a Vigilant enc/DAC card to an existing Tech80 terminal block by plugging in the two ends. See our 1A-HCC web page for more details.
1A-WRC-Cx Rugged I/O Cables	WRC-1781-A24A I/O racks are a good choice for machine controls, but they typically come with cheap & flimsy ribbon cables. When we couldn't find an off-the-shelf product for our own use, we built the 1A-WRC-Cx series - as a durable, high quality alternative to ribbon cables. See 1A-WRC-Cx our web page for more details.
1A-RTE-Cx Resolver to Encoder Converter Cable	RTE (Resolver To Encoder) converter units used on many retrofit or re-control jobs requires fabrication of a custom cable. Our 1A-RTE-Cx cable is a pre-wired and tested option that saves a lot of time.

1A-MOD-PKG Modular Control Interface Package	This package includes all of the external interfaces needed to build a CNC, in the form of modular panels that piece together. They mount on standard angle bracket that installs inside the control cabinet. This set includes (1) 1A-PS524 panel, (1) 1A-RTE-x panel, (1) 1A-VIGPCI-x panel, and (3) 1A-WRC-R panels, plus mounting hardware and other accessories. 1A-WRC-R48 I/O Rack Modular Panel	Used to interface between the controller I/O circuits and the machine external devices, this is a pre-built modular panel that mounts on standard angle bracketing for installation to the machine. It includes wireway, mounting hardware, documentation, (2) 24 point Opto22 style I/O racks, (2) 1A-WRC-2Cx cables, (48) I/O modules, and (8) 6 position common jumpers. 1A-PS524 Power Supply Modular Panel	Used for the control's power supply circuits, this is a pre-built modular panel that mounts on standard angle bracketing for installation to the machine. It includes wireway, mounting hardware, documentation, +5V/5A(min) power supply, +24V/2A(min) power supply and 30 position terminal block with (7) isolation partitions. 1A-RTE-x Resolver To Encoder Converter Modular Panel	Used on machines with resolver type feedback, this is a pre-built modular panel that mounts on standard angle bracketing for installation to the machine. It includes wireway, mounting hardware, documentation, 1A-RTE-C5 cables, RE-1024 RTE units, and pre-drilled mounting screws for (5) RTE units. 1A-VIGPCI-x Encoder / DAC Modular Panel	Used for positional feedback and the DAC velocity command, this is a pre-built modular panel that mounts on standard angle bracketing for installation to the machine. It includes wireway, mounting hardware, documentation, cabling, a (4) or (8) channel ENC/DAC PCI computer board, ENC/DAC terminal blocks, (4) power supply terminal blocks, (2) E-Stop relays and (1) time delay off E-Stop relay.
